Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days (assuming all items are in stock and no special order processing required).
Delivery transit time: typically 3–6 business days after shipment.
Shipping is via a reliable carrier (e.g., FedEx Ground or UPS).
Shipping is billed at a flat rate (for example, $7.95) unless waived (complimentary for orders over $65).

- Our express shipping carrier does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, nor do they deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska/Hawaii/US territories may require additional transit time. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery.
- We do not ship orders outside of the U.S. at this time.
- Estimated shipping time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays when counting business days.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept used or opened incense for returns.
