What are your incense sticks made from?
Our incense are made from natural ingredients such as plant-based resins, essential oils, wood powders, and natural binders. We use synthetic fragrances only in small quantities as blending agents to achieve an elevated scent. We never use hazardous or toxic chemicals or anything tested on animals in any of our formulations.
Are your incense safe to burn indoors?
Absolutely — just make sure the area is well-ventilated. Always place incense on a heat-resistant holder and keep it away from flammable materials, pets, and children. Never leave unattended.
How long does one stick burn?
On average, one stick burns for 45–60 minutes, depending on size and formulation.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our incense are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.
Are color and texture variations normal?
Yes. Because our incense are crafted using natural ingredients and materials, slight variations may occur from stick to stick or scent to scent. Differences in color, texture, shape, or finish are a natural part of the process and make each stick uniquely its own.
How should I light incense?
Light the tip until it glows, then gently blow out the flame. Place it in an incense holder and enjoy the fragrance as it smolders. Keep the lit incense away from flammable materials, pets and kids and never leave unattended.
How can I store incense?
Keep incense in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve fragrance and quality.
Can I use incense for meditation or rituals?
Definitely. Many customers use our incense for yoga, meditation, spiritual practices, or relaxation rituals.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only, but check back with us soon if you’re outside our shipping area.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, and shipping takes 3–6 business days depending on location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.00 (U.S. only).
Can I track my order?

What if my incense arrives damaged?

Do you accept returns?
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept used or opened incense for returns.
